Users must provide truthful information, real proofs and respectful content. Fake proofs, spam, manipulation of FairPoints, abuse, illegal content or misleading activity may lead to removal or account restrictions.

These terms set the basic rules for using WishingFair during the MVP/beta phase.
Challenges and proof review
Challenge submissions, check-ins, wishes and reward claims may be manually or automatically reviewed. WishingFair can approve, reject, adjust or remove submissions when they do not meet the rules or cannot be verified.
FairPoints and rewards
FairPoints, badges and rewards are MVP platform elements. They are not money, not a financial instrument, not legal tender and not automatically exchangeable for cash. Rewards depend on availability, partner rules and approval.
Business participation
Businesses and partners may request profiles, sponsored challenges, campaigns, rewards and payment routes. Commercial visibility starts only after review, acceptance and any required payment confirmation.
Safety and moderation
WishingFair may remove unsafe, illegal, harmful, misleading or abusive content and may restrict accounts that damage users, partners, the community or the platform.
Platform availability
WishingFair is currently an MVP/beta product. Features may change, routes may be tested and availability of points, rewards, maps, app installation and payment functions may evolve before full public launch.
