For users
Do I need an account to test the beta?
Some beta screens use only your email for lookup. Full account flows already exist, but the compact beta route is deliberately simple.
Where do I see my points?
Open Progress, My Actions or Wallet. Confirmed points appear after proof is approved.
Why is my proof pending?
In this MVP, proofs are reviewed manually to prevent fraud and keep the platform safe.
For businesses
How does a business test WishingFair?
Open Business App, use a business email lookup, then test partner profile, campaign request, rewards and payment request routes.
How will WishingFair earn money?
The MVP focuses on business profiles, sponsored challenges, campaigns, payments and later commission or premium options.
Safety & privacy
Is location stored?
Nearby uses browser geolocation only after the user taps the location button. The MVP avoids permanent tracking.
What about bad content or fake proofs?
The app includes reporting, moderation, proof status and admin review before rewards or points are confirmed.
Troubleshooting
A page gives 404 after upload. What do I do?
Save Settings → Permalinks, then open Launch Control and run Repair pages & flush permalinks.
The app still shows an older version. What do I do?
Refresh the browser, clear site cache if needed, and reopen the app. The PWA cache is bumped with every theme version.
