WishingFair verarbeitet Daten nur, soweit dies für Konten, Beta-Tests, Challenge-Nachweise, Rewards, Sicherheit, Business-Anfragen und App-Vorbereitung nötig ist.
Account details, names, email addresses, business details, regions, language preference, submitted messages, early-access leads, challenge proofs, check-ins, reward claims, wishes, reports, feedback and technical security data may be processed when users use the site or app routes.
We use data to run accounts, process challenges and proofs, manage FairPoints and rewards, handle business and partner requests, provide support, moderate safety reports, improve beta testing and prepare app-store distribution.
Browser location is requested only after a user action such as pressing a location button. Proofs, QR check-ins or nearby features may contain location-related information when the user chooses to submit it.
WishingFair does not store card details in WordPress. Payment requests may redirect to Stripe Payment Links or another payment provider. Payment providers process data under their own terms and security rules.
Submitted content and administrative records may be kept as long as needed for platform operation, legal administration, support, abuse prevention, beta testing and moderation.
Users may contact contact@wishingfair.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal data where legally possible. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate, legal or security reasons.
