App Store readiness

Prepare WishingFair for Android, iPhone and beta release.

A practical release center for the app route: PWA install, Android Trusted Web Activity preparation, iPhone home-screen install, policy pages, tester feedback and store assets.

🤖

Android route

Validate the PWA first. After a stable beta, package it as a Trusted Web Activity / app bundle for Google Play.

iPhone route

For beta, iPhone users install from Safari with Add to Home Screen. Later we can prepare a native or wrapper route.

PWA foundation

Manifest, service worker, offline fallback, install page and Download App page are already connected.

🛡️

Policies & trust

Privacy, terms, safety, moderation, feedback and help pages are required before store publication.

Store asset checklist

  • Final logo and app icon
  • Screenshots for Today, Nearby, Check-in, Wallet and Business App
  • Short and long store description
  • Support contact, privacy URL, terms URL and safety/report URL
  • Clear moderation process for user generated content

Beta readiness checklist

Next clear steps

No store submission is made from WordPress yet. This page prepares the checklist so the real submission is cleaner later.

01

Test the PWA on Android and iPhone

Use /download-app/ and /install-app/ on real phones. Check install, icons, offline fallback and navigation.

02

Run a small closed beta

Invite testers with /tester-invite/, collect feedback and log test runs before store submission.

03

Prepare Google Play TWA package

When the PWA is stable, the Android route can be packaged using the live domain.

04

Decide Apple route later

For now iPhone works via Safari home-screen install. Apple Store needs extra review later.
